Spaghetti Tonno with Crostini

Hi everyone, I’m back!With a lot of new dishes and with a new camera (Olympus pen epl7) and I have to say that it’s a whole new way of taking and photo shopping pictures. I am in love with my new camera and with the man who gave it o me. Well I actually love him more but still, the camera is really good!

The recipe I prepared for you is a quick and simple recipe, perfect for Sundays or days you don’t want to get out of your house to shop special ingredients.

Ingredients for 2 for the pasta:

  • 250 g of spaghetti
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/2 shallot, minced 
  • 300 g tomato passata
  • mixed frozen minced herbs
  • salt, pepper

Ingredients for 2 for the crostini:

  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • parmesan shavings
  • salt, pepper

Directions:

Cook the spaghetti as explained by the brand and meanwhile make the sauce.

Put the oil of the tuna can into a sauce pan on high heat with the minced shallot for 1 minute.

Add the tomato passata, salt, pepper, tuna and herbs and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Add the sauce to the spaghetti and top with grated parmesan.

Rub the toast with the garlic clove, cut the cherry tomatoes in a half, put them in a little bowl and add oil, salt and pepper.

Spread the tomato mix on the toast and top with parmesan shavings. You can do the shavings with a special shaving tool or with e regular knife, which works fine too.

This is it, you’re done! Now take a seat on your couch, eat, enjoy and relax.

Wat brauch ech fir Pasta fir 2 Leit?

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Béchs Thon
  • 1/2 Schallott, kleng geschnidden
  • 300 g Tomate Passata
  • e Mix vun tiefgekühlte Kraider (am Aldi Perl kritt ee gudder)
  • Salz a Peffer

Wat brauch ech fir Crostini fir 2 Leit?

  • 4 Tranchë Brout, getoast
  • Oliven Ueleg
  • 1 Zéiw Knuewelek 
  • 10 Tomates Cerise
  • Parmesan Copeaux
  • Salz a Peffer

Wat muss ech maachen?

D’Spaghetti esou kache wéi et um Pak steet an d’Zooss preparéieren.

Ueleg vum Thon net ewech schëdde mee an d’Pan maachen, ganz waarm opdréien an d’Schallott 1 Minutt goe loossen.

D’Passata dobei machen, Salz, Peffer, Thon a Kreider era schmeissen a 15 Minutte goe loossen.

D’Spaghetti mat der Zooss vermëschen, (eigentlech nach 1 Minutt zréck op d’Plack goe loossen, sou maachen d’Italiener et) a Parmesan drop streeën. Keen anere Kéis ass erlaabt!

Fir d’Corstini muss een d’Zéif Knuewelek widdert den Toast reiwen, Tomaten an 2 schneiden, se an eng Schësselchen maachen an mat Ueleg, Salz a Peffer assésonnéieren.

Den Tomate Mix op den Toast verstreeën an en mat groussen Sträifen Parmesan rëschten. Et ginn spezial Messer fir esou Sträifen ze schneiden, mee mam Messer geet et och gutt.

Voila, scho si mer fäerdeg an kennen eis op de Canapé leen an relaxen!

Hutt der meng italienesch Rezepter gär? Ech weess datt ech am Fong net alles wuertwiertlech iwwersetzen, ass dat schlëmm?
